These terms and conditions regulate the Agreement between You the customer and Glenex Display Solutions.

"Glenex Display Solutions" is a wholly owned subsidiary of "Glendale Design Consultants Limited" VAT Registration No': GB676 3306 22.

All goods which appear for sale on the http://www.glenex.co.uk/ web site are advertised as invitations to treat, and no offer of sale shall be implied.

By placing an order with Glenex Display Solutions you are offering to purchase the goods detailed within that order, which Glenex Display Solutions may or may not accept at their sole discretion.

If an order is accepted, Glenex Display Solutions will send you an e-mail confirmation.

You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the products you are purchasing.

If for any reason your credit card details are incorrect or there is not enough funds in your account or for any other reason the order cannot be processed, Glenex Display Solutions will have right to rescind and upon their election to do so, the order will be cancelled.

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform Glenex Display Solutions as soon as possible.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

LIABILITY

We attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However, Glenex Display Solutions assume no duty to update such information and cannot guarantee that it will be fault-free.

Glenex Display Solutions does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions in the presentation of goods on the web site and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods and products at any time. Glenex Display Solutions will, however, do its best to correct any errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

Any despatch or delivery times stated are estimates and should not be wholly relied upon. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order are unavailable.

Whilst ever effort is made to eliminate infections and viruses Glenex Display Solutions does not make any warranty that the web site is free from such problems or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.

Glenex Display Solutions will only be liable for loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.

The liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not affect your statutory rights.

USE OF THE SITE CONTENT

The copyright, design rights and artwork on the web site belong to Glenex Display Solutions. All other intellectual property rights are reserved. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information obtained from this web site.

Unfortunately, because of the nature of selling via the Internet and product variability, we cannot guarantee that the product colours will be of an exact likeness as seen or as described. Although we strive to portray images in a realistic light, sometimes we are governed by what imagery is available. Product imagery is sometimes displayed in an aesthetic manner (mood shots may be used) and may not necessarily be in conformance with the approved use of such products.

The colours and dimensions of the products portrayed on the site are merely there as a guide. We strive to portray the products as we can to the actual colour ways, but we have no control over your personal computer and its settings. Some products incorporate natural materials (e.g. wood, leather, etc.) which may also vary slightly. Therefore colours of products may vary slightly 'in the flesh' from the colour that is portrayed on the website.

COPYRIGHT AND ILLEGAL MATTER

1. Glenex Display Solutions will not print any material which in its opinion is or potentially could be of an illegal/libellous nature or any infringement of copyright.
2. The customer shall indemnify Glenex Display Solutions irrespective of any claims, costs or expenses arising out of any illegal/libellous matter or infringement of copyright.

In using the Glenex Display Solutions web site you will be asked at various stages to provide us with information about yourself and your financial details needed to process payment for the goods you order. This will predominantly take place in the 'check out' procedure. The only information collated will be that to allow Glenex Display Solutions to process your order.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

We use your information to process your order; giving delivery details to our suppliers and processing payment through our secure banking facility.

How secure is the Glenex Display Solutions web site?

Our site uses 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to ensure that all sensitive information - including name, address and credit card details - is encrypted.

Credit card payments are processed by Protx, and we do not retain any card details on our system after payment has been taken.

How are delivery costs calculated?

Delivery is based on standard charges for Standard deliver (next day) or Express delivery (before noon next day), the cost will show on your order.

How long will delivery take?

Our standard turnaround time for customised printed goods is 3-5 days from receipt of proof approval, but this may vary from time to time.

If any items are out of stock we will contact you by email or telephone to let you know which items are no longer available. We do not keep out of stock items on back order - if any items are out of stock they will be cancelled from your order. If you wish to re-order an item when it is back in stock you will need to place a new order.

Orders will be delivered using Standard delivery (next day) or Express delivery (before noon next day), please specify preference when ordering.

If you require urgent delivery, please contact our customer services by telephone or email to enquire if this is possible and to confirm costs.

Where will you ship to?

In order to reduce credit card fraud, we currently only deliver to UK addresses.

What if I need to return damaged goods?

Please contact us first to establish how the goods were damaged and if necessary, the appropriate way for goods to be returned.

What if I change my mind and want to return non-faulty goods?

Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase order within seven days of receipt by the appropriate addressee, of products sold under our agreement with you. Basically this means that you can return your order within seven days of receiving it. We cannot however accept returns if:

• The products have been personalised or customised in any way.
• The packaging has been unsealed or damaged.
• The product is perishable.

To return your products, you need to firstly contact us to establish the appropriate way for goods to be returned.

You will need to send written notice and return the products purchased by you to us.

It is recommended that - for your own protection - you should send the products back to Glenex Display Solutions using recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products.

It is only when we receive the item in its original state, that we will refund the necessary purchase price for the item. Please note: If the product is not in a resalable condition then we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will have to send the product back to you, and you will have to incur the cost of the return delivery.
